Automation
PRISM utilizes robots equipped with quick change end-of-arm tooling. Each of our work cells are fully automated with closed loop manufacturing where each component ranging from the molding machines, robots, grinders and conveyors which are standardized and are all digitally linked to one another. We use a combination of pneumatics, and optical detection to ensure mold safety and integrity.

Our production monitoring system is networked for real-time efficiency management, part discrimination, and a record of key processing variables for every shot produced.
